Good locaiton, close to everything I wanted to go to and hotel room was small but quiet and clean
We think it's a comfortable base for staying in Los Angeles. Really enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Daily Grill. Hotel offered laundry facilities and valet parking too;)))
The accommodation was very clean, the room was big. The overall features were AMAZING.
The window curtains were actually large enough to keep out the light. Very important after long flight from Europe. Bed very comfortable. Room large, quiet and clean. Coffee maker with good offering of coffee and tea. We will stay there again.
It is kind of isolated and a long walk to other services.

While restaraunt was good, it only had one and it was a nicer one. Need to have a cafe of some sort for morning travelers, the "we serve Starbucks" cafe was inadequate.
I like how clean n big the hotel was. All the staff where great and it was a great comfort relaxing
I didn't like how the hotel didn't have me in there computer system after I booked online with booking. Com then once it was settled after calling they had me in for a different price then what I was told but it became all salted but I don't feel that I should of been the one to make sure everything was correct
Excellent business ammenities and common areas, including fitness centre. Also great concierge service and event planners.
The room type booked and confirmed on Booked.net was not available when I checked in. Furthermore, the rate confirmed on Booked.net was not what I was charged for the room. The hotel blamed Booked.net for the mistake. Very disappointing. That said, after a lot of negotiating with the hotel management, they eventually matched the quoted rate. So hotel management was good.
The room was fantastic!!! And the pool and spa were lovely after a long flight!
(Can't really complain about the view of the runway and air traffic noise as I choose this hotel as it's close to the airport!!)
The bathroom was outdated and the vents were dusty.
They had all the services we could have wanted inside the hotel and were near the airport and freeways for easy transportation. The concierge service was excellent and gave great directions for car travel into and out of LA during peak travel. Waiter was thoughtful and made herbal iced tea for me and brought second glass even though not on the menu.
They did not have our seminar name posted clearly and it took 2 hours on the day of the seminar to clarify this and the location for the seminar. Their policies for foods (no changes to dishes) and billing (showing pre-paid charges) were inconvenient and confusing. Some of the people at the front desk or wait staff were a bit arrogant when dealing with the issues above.
Closeness to airport, easy to get to and from. Parking availability and the Grill. The guest are more upscale also.
My door rm 789, would not properly close, due to some lock malfunction.
Staff very friendly and helped me with every thing i asked for. The Conceige was exceptional in arranging transport within Los Angeles.
To my knowledge, Westin is a famous luxury brand. however, this westin is just so so, no difference from rear country inn.

I really, really appreciated the staff. Maria C from housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. Also, Eddie at the front desk. Thank you for making us feel so at home, it was like home away from home!
